What is the Central Area Chamber of Commerce?

June 5th Church in the Park - Tribute for Mr Michael Neal Greenwood - Rev. Tony Brooks, Juneteenth Officiating Pastor

A tribute for
Mr. Michael Neal Greenwood
will be held at Pratt Park
Sunday, June 5th at 3:00 PM.

This is an open invitation. We will salute, with mourning, the passing of our hero as he "soars with the Lord". Michael died with a heart attack, while mowing his lawn, on Father's Day May 5.

Mr. Michael Greenwood was a wonderful person. He worked very hard at keeping the Black Veterans Group going. He helped with health problems, housing, finance, and education problems.

We love him at the Chamber because he helped us when we took children to the state capital on the Legislative Day.
We have made it our mission to help area businesses by offering seminars, events and useful information to help business owners establish and grow their business.
It is our mission to foster unity in the community by providing festivals and other events that the community can participate in and benefit from. It is also our mission to provide social and political awareness so that the community is informed about what is going on in and around the Central Area.
We invite you to join us!
We meet on 1st Monday of every month, 7:00 PM
at 2100 24th Ave. South, just off Rainier.
